Title: Operations Manager
Brad has been our Operations Manager since January 2018. His day includes a little bit of everything; project management and scheduling, material take-offs and ordering, subcontractor management, complaint resolution and project estimation, you name it, he can do it. Most of his professional career has been in the construction industry, managing the construction of golf courses, football fields and baseball stadiums, where he acquired top-notch time management, scheduling and logistics management skills. “Brad of the Year,” as his coworkers have affectionately named him, loves all facets of his position, “I love my coworkers and my boss. I love that we strive to do the right thing. I love that if mistakes are made, we own up to them. I love the challenge of having 20 balls in the air and making sure we don’t drop any of them.” When he isn’t zooming between the office and job sites, you can find Brad on the baseball field, coaching his son Max’s team at Eastern Little League, taking in the outdoors and spending time with his wife, Jaime, daughter, Reese and son, Max.
